Thanks dr. moeed and fawad ch, I listened what you guys said .I like to give my views which are little different than yours. First its imperative in the national interest to have military courts under these circumstances this nation is going through .How much worse condition we have to be to think about these courts .
Military Courts will listen the cases which are purely on terrorism basis .Our military and civilian high value installations were targeted and destroyed- civilians were killed everywhere by terrorists and civilian courts are scared to try these hard core criminals , no one come forward as witness - courts have no option but to release them , beside when they were getting threats from these groups .I think its about time to go all the way to finish them- does't matter how much is the cost .Algeria eliminated all the religious leaders along with followers who were preaching hatred and militancy and now they have peace So only two groups are worried , first one is the religious leaders because its their bread and butter to keep the trouble makers ready for those terrorist groups which they are funded by our muslim countries and others .Second are the Lawyers who wanna prolong the cases of these terrorists so they can make more money whereas in military courts cases will be over within 3 to 4 weeks . My apology to fawad Ch which i dont mean him but its a fact .
civilian courts will hear the civil and other criminal cases so lawyers should keep one thing in their minds that nation's survival depends on it, nation have to have peace at any cost -forget the past mistakes lets look forward .
military courts should be all over the country - speedy trials at least for three years until peace is restored in the nation .This is the most important instrument for nation's progress and foreign investment .We have seen that even pakistanis went abroad to invest because the conditions were not feasible for business in pakistan .Everyone have to sacrifice a little for this nation .
militant wings belong to any party or group should"t be allowed at all .Buy back all the arms from the people who even have the licences to reduce the crimes .
Reform the police which is politicised and have black sheeps -also some criminals in it. Bring the new force who is educated and have clean record -give them proper training and equipments .
NACTA should be implemented with good heart and mind .Bring all the agencies together and have co-ordination .
Spend money on intelligence informants who can bring the information before terrorists strike.
Reform in madrassas are very very important and put new educated persons who teach them other subjects as well Holy Quran but must watch if they dont preach anything which is not in the national interest .
Freeze all the accounts of all these greedy religious leaders who are funded by foreigners to create hatred and sectarian violence in the country and also audit their books to find out the truth .
Afghan refugees who are born in pakistan deserve the chance to live here but other whose record show criminal or not registered should be sent back to afghanistan .The registered afghan refugees should be repatriated with time.
The most important factor is the leader's intention should be clear about their motto in terrorism -no soft corner for them. But I have my reservations about this govt--they are still not clear with their statements and actions which is worrisome .
I hope now NSC will be in place what ever shape and more security given to the nation.
Can the police be taken off from the prime minister's Raiwind house and other places of ministers etc and put them on the streets to curb the crimes . What about the protocol ? Can we finish this luxury for our wanted people ?
Army just take care of the borders - in the cities and rural areas ,Police and other agencies do the job to get the terrorists and other criminals .civilians have to do their part of the job -army cannot drag its feet all over the country ,this is very important and the whole nation should also support our army for their job well done .
