Former Pakistani skipper Shoiab Malik has demanded for Rs 35 million from the media for giving coverage rights for his Walima ceremony to held tomorrow in Sialkot. Shoiab Malik asked the hotel management to force out media representatives from the hotel.
Shoiab Malik has held talks with two media groups for giving coverage rights of his Walima reception to be held tomorrow, however Shoiab Malik did not reach consent with any of the groups.
Shoiabs brother-in-law Imran Zafar earlier said that media coverage of the Walima would not be allowed.
Sania Malik is Pakistan for the last three days however she has not made any interactions with the local media. According to sources, Sania is not talking to the local media because she is bounded by a contract with Indian media channel.
