Shashi Tharoor is one of the greatest intelelctual speaker I have ever seen in India.
As far as trust deficit and terrorism are concerned, the fact is that there are many industries and elites who are making money because of this. If there's less expenditures of defense and arms, then who's going to buy bombs, fighter jets etc.....
Earlier , they spoke about creating more provinces or administrative divisions , India may first day say top priority shayad education rahi hay jiska unhein faida bhi hua hay. Zyada provinces say federation zyada transparent + fair dikhegi, let's observe and celebrate cultural diversity rather than making errors such as One Unit .
Suna hay key Zia ul Haq sahab bhi aakhri dinu may kum say kum 10 provinces ke formula per kaam karte karte rehgaye .

Whatever the case is, although I don't agree about General Zia because in his last days he was thinking of purchasing 200 M1-ABRAM TANK'S so there is no justifiication of 10 further division of province!!! This is just Nooras logic! Yes back to title video..as we can see there al lot brain dead in our leadership it's not a secret.
