Few facts:
1. PCB has its own ant-corruption unit which is backed by ICC ant-corruption people.
2. Allegations are filed by PCB anti-corruption unit not by ICC.
3. Allegations are that these people were approached by some "suspicious people" and these 2 players failed to report them.
4. Current rule and law is that if anyone approaches you, as a player you have to immediately inform authorities.
5. So this is bad reporting by media that they are involved in spot-fixing. Nobody knows about it at this point.
