How can these three judges let nawaz sharif go . The dont need any evidence because nawaz sharif name is in panama leaks which is already proven . What kind of justice is that .all judges these came through corrupt system . Every judge have party affiliation otherwise its not possible to get these higher judiciary rank. They betray us in rigged election case .

thier was more then thousand proof in which they could terminate nawaz sharif .but they let him go same thing happened in panama case they wrote down in thier observation nawaz sharif was fail to produce any legal evidence but still they let him go as pm of pakistan ,they dont have a ball to stand against these badmashiya .

these judges as corrupt as politician ,they are not holy cows we have to stand against them .my dear pakistani brothers raise ur voice against this corrupt judiciary on every forum .

I agree.Judges perhaps missed a couple of things that would have really made this judgement historic.ONE: After noting that PM lied in parliament about the money used for buying apartments and subsequently producing a letter that has been deemed 'bogus' by their own admission, these two facts alone should have been enough to disqualify him.TWO: After also commenting that FIA and NAB did not perform their duties and their heads refused to cooperate and are therefore 'incompetent', the resulting JIT will eventually will be compromised with by the representatives from these institutions as long as these are headed by same personnel and under the accused's influence, given his office. Accordingly, it would only have been fair to have asked the PM to temporarily step aside from the office until the JIT finishes its proceeding and to resume his office once, and if, he is cleared. After looking at the judgement in hindsight, it might have been better not to withhold the judgement once the questioning was over. If the judges had realised that there isn't enough evidence that is being presented to them, they should have formed a special JIT appointed by the SC itself and conduct a quick enquiry under its guidance to attempt to get the missing evidences in 2-3 weeks with this discovery of evidence stage being the exclusive objective of the JIT. Subsequently, a final and clear judgement could have been made in the light of that report.

actually they deliberately missed it. not only judges are corrupts but army is too corrupt.. through musharraf NS got nro. thats why SC didn,t mention hudabya paper mil case, ishaq dar wada maf gawa case.. behind the scence every one is naked. is mulk main aik amm admi ke liye koyi insaf nhi.. insaf sirf in choor, daku looteyroon ke liye hi bachaa hai. anyway IK did an excellent job.. he showed to the nation that all institutions bashamol our sacred SC n faouj are both corrupt.

The fact is that in our country it doen't matter whether you are wrong or right but it matters that you are on the right side of the divide.

This dialogue I heard in Walkyrie movie and to me was suitable to describe the situation.
