What a pickle PMLN is in.

On the one hand, Khaqan Abbasi cannot lay the blame for any ills on the previous govt....as previous govt was theirs as well.
On the other hand, NS darbaris are saying that 'agar mian sahib ko hataya na jata to yeh hota, woh hota'.....as if this govt belongs to someone else.

Receivables are actually an asset, not debt. That's actually a very healthy position for PSO. It's actually the power sector that's in deep trouble.
