It was evident , Lahore will have the first pick next time . Aquib javed does not like players like him and they let Gayle go for that reason. Islamabad already had a choice to have him but they ditched him in PSL 1.. Karachi will have the 3rd pick so he was obviously going to Karachi .

Aqib was a helping hand for Wasim and Waqar however his career was not long enough like Wasim or Waqar and he was not one of the great fast bowler but definitely much better than Atta ur Rehman, whom wasim gave lot of chances.
