what wrong have the little girls/kids and women done to the people of Islamic republic of pakistan?

at least in india, women have been historically persecuted. at least in india they mostly rape adults and leave them alive afterwards..
these men need help also. where are the molvis and law makers, politicians. If they condemn on twitter or hold candle light vigils in main city centres, that is of no use. These things are happening mostly where people don't use twitter and not attend/pass by these vigils.
waqt badal gaya hai. when children have access to questionable stuff of all sorts on mobile phones/tv, etc., what is wrong in educating them properly about self protection? They are finding out everything the twisted way anyway. and there will always be undercurrents of evil in a society, but something is changing the mentality/has ruined the thought process of the perpetrators also, they need to be helped/corrected also. Please spread awareness to all areas and in any way you think works. We shied away too long from these topics which are discussed in Quran, but never by a molvi, and look what has happened.
