What difference would it make if Nawaz is replaced by Shahbaz. It is like Nathoo replacing Khaira. We have had enough of this before. Paradigm change in the management of Pakistan is needed. A technocratic government of non political people should be installed which should hold referendum and change the constitution to a presidential system. As long as the corpse of the dog (parliamentary system) remains in the well, the water cannot be clean, no matter how many nawaz's go and shahbaz's or any body else come.
