[FONT="] لاہور: (دنیا نیوز) پنجاب میں وزیر اعلیٰ لیپ ٹاپ سکیم میں مبینہ گھپلے کی سپیشل آڈٹ رپورٹ میں انکشاف ہوا ہے کہ پنجاب میں 1771 طلبہ 2، 2 لیپ ٹاپ لینے میں کامیاب ہو گئے جس کی وجہ سے سرکاری خزانے کو 6 کروڑ 95 لاکھ 97 ہزار 136 روپے کا نقصان ہوا۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق 2481 طلبہ نے جعلی شناختی کارڈ جمع کرا کے لیپ ٹاپ وصول کیے۔ سپیشل آڈٹ رپورٹ کے اجراء کے بعد وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب شہباز شریف کی جانب سے ایکشن لیا گیا اور ایڈیشنل چیف سیکرٹری پنجاب شمائل احمد خواجہ کی سربراہی میں تحقیقاتی کمیٹی تشکیل دی گئی جس نے مکمل تحقیقات کرکے رپورٹ وزیراعلی پنجاب کو دے دی ہے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق رپورٹ میں محکمہ ہائر ایجوکیشن کے ایڈیشنل سیکرٹری اور ڈپٹی سیکرٹریز سمیت 9 افسران کو ذمہ دار ٹھہرایا گیا ہے جبکہ لیپ ٹاپ تقسیم کرنے میں متعلقہ یونیورسٹی کے سربراہان کو بری الزمہ قرار دیا گیا ہے۔ رپورٹ میں بتایا گیا ہے کہ لیپ ٹاپ تقسیم کے وقت افسران نے مکمل جائزہ نہیں لیا تھا۔ -

1,771 students given laptops twice under PMs youth scheme
LAHORE: About 1,771 students were given laptops twice under the Prime Ministers Laptop Scheme in the province, revealed an inquiry report into the alleged corruption in the scheme.
The scheme, which was launched in 2013 as a part of Prime Ministers Youth Programme, aimed to help improve the scope of research and provide quality education with access to information technology to the students.
However, many instances of alleged scam in the scheme were reported after which a committee, headed by Additional Chief Secretary Punjab Shamail Ahmad to Chief Minister, was formed to investigate the issue, according to sources.
The report, which was submitted by Ahmad to Chief Minister on Monday, also pointed out that about 2,481 fake identity cards of students were registered.
The committee held nine officials responsible for their carelessness including Higher Education Commissions Additional Secretary and Deputy Secretary. The officials were held responsible for their failure to review the distribution of the laptop scheme, for which a review committee was also formed.
Sources revealed that the review committee members also failed the universities where the distribution ceremonies were to occur.
Moreover, relevant university heads were cleared of the charges, according to source

1771 students were given twice??? How possible. 2481 identity card were fake??? you guys can imagin how big scam is this. 1771+2481=4252 Laptops "KHOOH KHAATEY" mean total fraud. If one laptop price is 50000 it mean minimum 212 million rupees corruption
