CJ will retire next year.. If he keep doing this biased justice with no cases of N league...and delaying PPP cases then noone will remember him in history..

I still expect that he should stand up and say justice for all ..

Anyway for your simple understanding --- had SC disqualified gillani --- then gillani would have become another shaheed and pee pee pee had started playing victim card ' key humain kaam nahi kernay diyaa jaataa'

Off course he cant be disqualified by these shareef courts.. Can anyone remind me any case taken up by this SC against N league... ?? please dont say mehran scandal.. its only because of public pressure but no decision will come in next few years..

Farah gone, next should be the crook Malik. I bet he is playing a game, he doesn't have the certificate to prove he relinquished British Nationality. If he had any proofs he would have submitted by now, he is just gaining more time. He may produce something fake, I bet.

Finally what I had been saying 2 years ago has come to light. These people are ex-Pakistani's who have pledged allegiance to other countries. Stop treating them as Pakistani's. A nationality is not a travel document. India does not even allow dual natinality and my indian friends tell me that if an ordinary Indian pledges allegiance to another country his property in India is confiscated.

Weldone Chief Justice Of Pakistan : Farhah Naz Isphani NA membership suspended.

Dual nationality: Ispahani's NA membership suspended

The Supreme Court has suspended the National Assembly membership of Farahnaz Ispahani.


While hearing the dual nationality case on Friday, the apex court observed that Ispahani, cannot be a part of proceedings in the National Assembly.

The Supreme Court said that Ispahani had admitted that she was an US citizen but she had not informed the Election Commission (ECP) about her dual-nationality.

Farahnaz Ispahani, wife of former ambassador to the US Husain Haqqani, was elected as MNA on PPP-P reserved seat ticket.

During case proceedings, Interior Minister Rehman Malik’s lawyer sought more time to present the certificate of Malik forfeiting his British citizenship.

The hearing of the case has been adjourned till May 30.
