High Court took his name out of ECL and asked GOVT to submit APPEAL against it in 15 days if GOVT wants to stop him from leaving the country.
THE GOVT DIDN'T PUT IN THE APPEAL....Mr. Nisar....Because it was a deal that GOVT won't stop Musharaf anymore. Even a blind can see GOVT'S trick in it.
