Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Friday issued interim order in a case pertaining to law and order situation and human rights violation in Balochistan.A three-judge bench headed by chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and comprising Justice Jawwad S. Khuwaja and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain, was hearing the case.The court directed principle secretary to the prime minister to meet the president and convene a meeting of defence and interior secretaries.((clap) wah wah wah kya judgement hai (clap)) The court ordered him to present a clear version of the government on how to resolve the issue after discussing it in the meeting.The SC noted that it showed restraint and patience over implying article-6 o the Constitution in the case.The hearing was adjourned till June 6. Earlier, the SC asked that cases of missing persons should be lodged against the Inspector General Frontier Corps.The bench expressed displeasure over the absence of the IG FC in the court.
