He was in PMLn for 2 years, and PTI for few months only. PMLn should be ashamed to not open any cases against him when he was in their party.

PTI will not award ticket to him in by election as PTI has announced today, Nawaz Sharif has plan to awad him ticket again as he is electable , Soon he will join PML-N , And Sharif family will be very happy to accept him , ....... Ik was not aware he has fake degree , Now in next election , He would not be PTI candidate any more , But change has already in UAE ..

PTI Ijaz Chaudary disqualified on human smuggling charges: SC

Islamabad: Supreme Court of Pakistan today disqualified Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Member of National Assembly Ijaz Chaudhry.


A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, upheld a decision of the Election Tribunal and disqualified Chaudhary on charges of human smuggling and possessing fake degree.


He was elected as independent MNA from NA-108 Mandi Bahauddin, and then joined Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz. Recently he had resigned from PML-N and had joined PTI. PML-N candidate Mumtaz Ahmad had challenged his degree in the Supreme Court.

Good step don need or want criminals, but this SC should also look into the bigger corrupt fish who are in power at big ministerial posts

If he is guilty he should be removed no doubt but How is he disqualified if the case of the smuggling is still in the courts?
