ٹھیک ہے جب معاشرہ لو میرج کو قبول نہیں کر رہا اور غیرت ک نام پر آئے روز قتل بڑھتے جا رہے ہیں تو پھراگر فائن سے اس کا سدباب ہو سکتا ہے تو ضرور کرنا چاہیے ۔ ویسے میں ساڑھے تین سال مخلوط تعلیم میں پڑھنے کے بعد سمجھتا ہوں یہ صرف پیسے کٹھے کرنے کا بہانہ ہے۔

There is a university in Islamabad, known as "International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) - where there are even separate campuses for males and females - and they cannot also roam together within the campus..
You are talking about Swat here, where the elders of these Tribal area may consider this as a taboo. And if seen together, sometimes life of females are in danger. So we should refrain from making judgments about such an issue.

It will lead to stupid situations like fines because a girl asked a boy for notes or teacher's handouts.
Because people don't do "hanky panky" on campus, it's always done off-campus.

I am talking about the rules, not what happens... and pointing to the fact that if such a rule exist in a university existing in the capital of the country - than a similar rule being applied in a tribal area university should not be questioned.

This is a silly policy.
Either there should be NO combined education or they should be allowed to relax and understand each others in a class room environment.
It's like, you keep delicious foods in front of a famished person and don't let them eat.
If you dislike coeducation so much, why don't you make enough women Universities?

universities mein acha nhy lgta . side pe ho to phir behtar hai.
yes, Khaas kar khan, Musharaf, Aamir Liaqat wghera ko to bht hi takleef hogi is se. Barhaal faisla acha hai aur har city mein aisa hona chaiye. bht baighairti ho gai hai universities mein .
