give him chance in T20 and then ask him to play first class fro 3 to 4 years continuously n check his stats then give him chance in ODI or TEST ... dont forget ANWAR ALI ... he took lots of wickets in U19 n then got chance in INT TEAM n totally failed ... U19 is U19 team so dont compare it with other intl teams ... ANWER ALI was best bowler but now he is normal bowler but tbh not qualify as international bowler ,like sami ... lets see ...
