BoK wanted to embarass the govt instead of investgation. They could ask the govt to act or could initiate their investigation through KP-EC but their this act shows that there was no corruption. There is something else which they wanted to hide.

Mr masterji: Judicial inquiry waha huti jaha NAB, police aur ECP jaisay idaray upna kaam na karay.

In KP, EC is active so it can investigate it on a simple complaint...so no judicial inquiry is needed...
