Does any one know if Pakistan Constitution guarantees right to have arms in Pakistan?

If it does not have, it should, because all ghundas have and when they attack they have power. I left pakistan long time a go, the Pakistan I remember was very peacefull, considerate and clean, now everythuig is turned upside down, ghundas are roaming the streets, no safety, no safe water, no electricity, garbage everywhere.
Hepititits is very comon, docters are disrespected, crooks are in power, so what should a decent citizen to do but to bear Arms for his safety and protection.
I have family in Pakistan each one of them have either been robed at a gun point or held at a gunpoint, so what should decent folks do, but to bear the arms. My heart aches, I am very anoyed at the those who are incharge, if they cannot control ghunda gardi than let those govern who can, i am sure there are plenty who can do the job and bring peace and goodness to Pakistan after all there are 160 million in Pakistan.

I have a very serious question for you, if after holding you at gunpoint the perpetrator sees that you also have a gun, what would be his reaction or next move?
first of all if he sees that i have a gun he will not dare, secondly if my gun is hidden than i will not try to take it out when he is holding me but when he leaves i shall shoot him from behind as he is running after insulting me and my wits, he deserves to be punished for his ghunda gardi.
I will target prectice so that i can shoot a ghunda froma safe disrtance and range. just like. clint east wood who is saying in this classic movie dirty harry. "go ahead make my day." watch, learn and enjoy.

i gave you the answer that if gun is hidden than .......................................................................................... do i need to repeat again, if he sees the gun he will not dare,................................only shoot him when he runs.....................................................
But than if all people carry the guns than if a THUG draw the gun all peolpe around him will do the same and than there will be one against 200 guns, so thug will not dare.

In british english i believce it would be right to bear arms (A personel right in American Constitution)(May not be in all states)
But how you will write it in American english I dont know.
