Rickshaw driver sets himself on fire after 'unjustified' challan

JHANG (DUNYA NEWS) – Rickshaw driver Riaz on Thursday set himself on fire after getting an unfair challan from traffic police in Jhang, reported Dunya News.

Riaz was first shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) in Jhang, however, due to his critical condition, he was shifted to Faisalabad’s Allied Hospital. According to doctors, Riaz has burnt 70% of his body.

He had set himself on fire in front of the traffic police office at Jhang’s Thana Saddar Chowk.
