Retired COAS Aslam Baig: Imran-Qadri hatched conspiracy in collusion with US Now lol

ISLAMABAD: Former army chief Gen (retd) Aslam Baig has claimed that Chief of the Army Staff General Raheel Sharif foiled a conspiracy hatched by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan, Pakistan Awami Tehreek chief Dr Tahiurl Qadri and the United States.

The ex-army chief further claimed that the “conspirators” wanted army to seize power but the “military leadership had all the knowledge about the conspiracy”.


Mr Baig also asserted that the US created chaos in Pakistan in collusion with the UK, Canada and Iran.


“Had General Raheel got late in making decision, country would have suffered great loss,” he said, adding that the Pakistan Army never harbored any desire to formulate Islamabad’s foreign policy.


He said that all those people who were standing beside Imran Khan and Qadri were the same lot who had been rubbing shoulders with former military dictator Pervez Musharrf.


The former army chief said that Imran Khan and Qadri's demands were extra constitutional.

Its been few weeks now since these protests are happening. All these days, I have witnessed the same stance by IK, (i.e. rigging, resignation, election audit, election reforms, transparent elections etc.) while at the other end, stances are changing every now and then, from conspiracy by Yahoodi agents to conspiracy by Army, from conspiracy by Shuja Pasha to conspiracy about DG ISI Zaheer, from conspiracy of 5 Generals who are retiring on Oct 1st to conspiracy of stopping Chinese investment and the new in series is foreign hand from UK....!!! We were made believe that the dharnas will end as the retiring of the Generals approach and new DG ISI is announced. Well, IK is such a stubborn, he is standing firm and that is the real problem for the Govt. I am anxiously waiting for the new theory...!!! Fingers crossed!!
