i think he is mistaken or is in illusion , According to Dr.Masood if that 200 billion come to pakistan so every famiyl will get about 8 lakh not every single person.So chacha your family will only get 8 lakh pakistani Rupees not 1 crore because you ,ur wife and ur kids make ONE FAMILY.
