I think you missed Jehangir Tareen interview with Nadeem Malik:

Secondly who issue visas (Obviously Govt. of Pakistan)..
Who give the security clearence (Obviously govt. of Pakistan)..

Indian Engineers are working from the last many decades in Pakistan but nothing happened before.

Now the question arises when the raw agents arrested by agencies from one of the sugar mill of sharif family... (I am not saying this, this is said in Multiple TV programs and Nation newspapers)..
