Can u provide one proof where a serving commander of Pakistan forces arrested in India or convicted in Pakistan for terrorism in Pakistan?

Like Lt. Colonel Shrikant Prasad Purohit of Indian Army was also found evidently involved in 2008 blast in the Muslim-majority Malegaon town in Nasik district of Maharashtra. He was convicted by Hemant Karkare who was murdered in Mumbai Attack.

Indian were unable to prove that Commander Kulbushan Yadhav was retired in ICJ. So he will be treated as a serving commander of Indian Navy.
BTW why India haven't provided proof in International court of Justice that Kulbushan Yadhav was kidnapped from Iran?
BTW is he Hussain Mubarak Patel or Kulbushan Yadhav? This question is that in case he passed away in Jail, should we bury or cremate him?

In August 2018, a man in the neighbouring province of New Brunswick shot dead four people, including two police officers, in an apartment complex.
