Treaty of accession is a fraud. India has never produced it in public, they say it is lost in 1996. The treaty between Maharaja and India couldn't have been signed in Jammu as he was not in Jammu, he was elsewhere. Indian army landed in Kashmir before the so-called treaty was signed anyway.
