Sad about Asad Umar.
It was the board's decision NOT ONLY Asad Umar. Step taken in frustration by Engro Chemicals because Engro built a new Urea Plant and Govt. promised them to provide Gas from Qadir pur gas field and then later they did not, so they had to fix there losses with something... usually by increasing the cost of the product, so they did that. as I have/had a connections/association with Engro so I can say this. And it is the Engro who took the stay and Engro would pay the money. Not Asad Umar.

but what so ever, they did the wrong thing and took the wrong decision.

Klasara shouldn't have mentioned it and mentioned it in a way that it is Asad's company, he was an employee now he is not. Engro is not owned by Asad, of course he has shares but Engro is a professional company not a seths' If some one has a problem he should go to Mr. Dawood instead.

So now we know, becoming a journalist is not a problem and becoming efficient and good journalist is a problem. And Mr. Klasara has to achieve it by learning so many things INCLUDING how corporate structure works.

Exactly I was going to mention the same fact about Asad Umar and Engro. Asad Umer is not the owner of Engro though he was part/employee/CEO of it in the past but such examples are corporate crimes.
Shah Mehmood and Azam Swat should be taken to the task by PTI. We Insafians do not tolerate corrupt people in PTI. They should be punished too.

As mentioned above, Engro is a public company, and the so-called scandal was an issue with the government. The sentence passed against ENGRO was appealed, and the judge in his remarks made a statement saying that this was one of the most frivolous cases he had seen by a govt against a corporation.

Secondly, regarding personal fiscal transparency, Asad Umer tabled a bill in NA asking for audit of all MNAs. The bill was cosigned by all PTI MNAs. Why was it rejected by all other parties? (PPP, PMLN, JUIF combined)? If PTI members are guitly of anything, they are more than willing to be audited. Audit them, and prove them wrong and convict them. At least none of them is hiding behind any smoke screen.
Change is here, and its here to stay.

I love Asad Umer, not because Im a blind follower, but because he immediately responds to any allegation against him.
As far as this allegation is concerned, he has answered it about a dozen times to my recollection, individually, and in public, and in talk shows, to at least the following 3.
1. Kamran Shafi., who asked him this query on twitter.
2. Umer CHeema, in a talk show.
3. Hanif Abbasi, in a talk show.

Asad answered with court documents, and proofs. Its not his job to continue talking about the same thing over and over again, just because someone decides to come up with it again and again.
Imran was accused by Kh. Asif about SKHM misappropriations, and the same evening, Imran and the CEO of SKMH did a press conference, not with counter accusations, but with documentary evidence quashing the allegations.
On the contrary, Sharifs have never answered allegations about money laundering or loan write offs. Funnily enough, Sharifs have even admitted in court to loan write off, yet Shahbaz Sharif claimed last year to change his name if any loan write off was discovered. And their followers are just blind, deaf and dumb as usual.
