Pakistan is a Nation of Talented and extra ordinary people in all fields and no matter what background ,but unfortunately when kids like this grow up in discriminated society have lot of pressures and lawlessness and see father,family and nation struggling ,their confidence shake up and don't get chance of getting right environment and education to groom or polish ,rather when they at teen age they become stressful and have complexes which shake their all talent and intelligence ,hence try short cuts and negativity and all talent ruined.

Afridi has played 20 years international cricket and this guy is hardly 4 years old and you are comparing him with Afridi . He looks a great talent . Check his bat grip and stance . He has all the shots in the book .
