LAHORE: The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Lahore chapter on Monday strengthened its local political platform after 104 party workers, who had parted ways with the party due to several grievances, announced that they would rejoin the party and said they had full confidence in the leadership of President Asif Ali Zardari.
Textile and Industry Minister Rana Farooq, provincial minister Haji Ishaq, the president’s coordinator for Punjab, Chaudhry Naveed, PPP Lahore President Chaudhry Asghar, Secretary Malik Azhar Mughal, Hafiz Ikhlaq and other party leaders welcomed the party’s activists back into the party.
Defected: Addressing a press conference, party leaders said that out of 104 party workers, 91 had defected to the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) due to their past differences with regional party leaders, while another 13 members had become joined the PPP Shaheed Bhutto group, “but all of these supporters and workers of the party reconsidered their affiliations and rejoined the party due to their ideals”.
One of the founding members of the PPP, Rana Farhat Ali advocate, and Syed Manzoor Hussain Fatmi were among the party members who announced thay they had rejoined the party. Farhat was awarded a death sentence and later convicted of imprisonment in the Lahore Fort (Shahi Qila Cell) and other jails during the regime of former president Ziaul Haq from 1979 to 1988. He later left the party due to some differences with the party’s local leaders and joined the MQM.
Manzoor Fatmi had also joined the MQM as the Lahore Zone incharge and a member of the party’s Punjab Committee. MQM Lahore Zone Joint Incharge Col (r) Agha Jahangir also announced that he had rejoined the party and expressed his confidence in the ideology and policies of the PPP-led government and its leadership.
Answering questions regarding the reasons for leaving the MQM, Farhat said he was “unsatisfied” with the political doctrine of MQM and its leadership towards Punjab. He said that he had some differences with MQM chief Altaf Hussain and Coordination Committee Member Dr Ali Hussain “because they were refusing to change their traditional aggressive style of Karachi based-politics in Punjab”.

There can be many answers to your questions as well as many questions as well but for now the best advice i can give you is try to control your hatred towards Panjab or if you are unable to, then seek help.

It's fact, Every Loota giri starts from Punjab.. You should recall your memory.. PML N walas made PML Q then Some of pML Q walas made forward block and Support PML N next time they will elected from the PML N's forum.. Bhai, Punjab bhi mera Province hai.. I am just wondering if Turncoats are only available in one of the provinces or you have a leader who himself is a turn coat sitting in London and making deals with those who hold the sway in Pakistani Political system. Over the years, we seen deals with almost every Political party except JI ,and Imran Khan's party. And that is also because none of those ever held any power themselves so the deal could not be made. I have seen an Army General who took the power by force became their allient and they served under him for almost 10 years or more.
As far as this person is concerned,his story is no different than the reality which is known at every nook and corner right around Pakistan about MQM.Ask any child in Karachi and they will tell you who the Bhutta khors are.It is no different than a group of Mafia people who hold people hostages once they able to grab them and use them for their agenda. Only the time will tell if MQM could stay viable in Punjab or not, But I doubt it very much if it could survive another 5 years or so. Now as far as their Ethnical agenda is concerned, you can watch Altaf's video on youtube in wich he make the mockery of Punjabis. No offence here but he is a big bigot himself .

The political parties of Panjab are not representatives of the people in Panjab. What Panjab produces most is soldiers. The people of Panjab believe that ALL political parties are corrupt and NONE of them is sincere to Pakistan.
Dont get stressed if some people decided to leave MQM. They left one toilet and went to another.
the answer is your saying,
Again my advice would be keep your hatred towards Panjab to yourself or get some help. Its just a sincere advice.

Before calling someone with what ever you think about first look at the facts as in every single Govt. ever made in Pakistan its big parties whom invite them to join instead they themselves joined them...so how can you claim them "Turncoat" on the very first place???When others ask them to join then they joined those Govt. its not they who ask others to join them its always Nawaz, Zardari and Musharraf who offered them to join their Govt....MQM is an ideological party and these kind of Political activists are of no use for them because MQM is based on ideology not based on personality who care about buying a winning candidate(horse trading) and the genuine MQM supporters should also be ideological supporters so no one even give damn about those Political activists who change party just like they change their cloths....Its the Ideological supporters which MQM actually needs who care about MQM's ideology and leave the party when they find that MQM is not loyal to their ideology not like him that he got any difference and then left...
This person is former worker of PPP and then he came to MQM now he rejoined PPP and in his whole statements he didnt even mentioned anything against Altaf Hussain as he just said that "people near Altaf Hussain he got problems with" So that means he has nothing against Altaf on the first place but have problems with those who are sitting with Altaf...Talking about Bhattakhor charges then every Pakistani in Pakistan might have heard those kind of stuff about MQM that cant be denied but how many of them are actually victims of all those stuff???Any Ideas???Even If their are few then this whole HOO HAA cant make it a fact but instead a propaganda because if such thing exist in MQm influenced areas then things like Jaga Tax and other stuff also exist in PMLN, PPP, PTI(If any) influenced areas as well...Pakistan is not a perfect country and when you talk about a place like Karachi and associate all their flaws on it then you should also be careful as Karachi is even double the size of Second largest city of Pakistan i.e. Lahore so when you expect Lahore being perfect in all senses then how can you expect Karachi(where MQM mostly operate) which is double of Lahore expect to be perfect???That is why while giving the example first consider some facts and figures before posting stuff...
