Question: Why China 42 Billion Investment appearing in Budget???

China 42 Billion is not showing in Budget the increase in Investment to GDP ratio is minimal.

If you say Invest is over next 10 years still 4.2 Billion is not showing.

Can some PMLN wala answer?

Pakistan is not doing investment and neither we have that much money. Its a direct investment by chineese companies. ANP asks these sort of question like why 46 billion dollars are not budget.

I am all for foreign investment, and CPEC, but there are a few issues on which this govt is acting stupid (as always).
1. Putting all their eggs in one basket, i-e China.
2. Making people believe that $42 billion is here. Fact is, this $42 billion investment is dependent on dozens of ifs and and buts. Much of that $42 billion has already been quashed, because of unrealistic plans made by Pakistan. Some of that is under question and scrutiny because of blacklisted companies being involved.

Chinese banks are supposeldy loaning money to chinese companies to 'invest' in Pakistan. And most of those companies have refused to accept Pak govt.'s sovereign guarantees. So now Pak govt is scrambling to get escrow accounts from private banks. Not gonna happen. Sadly, the way PMLN has run affairs, much of this money is never gonna see the light of day in Paksitan.
