جسٹس منیر کا مشہور زمانہ نظریہ ضرورت والا صرف ایک فیصلہ جو انکی اپنی منطق کے مطابق اس وقت کے معروضی حالات کے تناظر میں صحیح فیصلہ تھا انکو ساری عمر کے لیے بدنام کر گیا . لیکن ایک بات روز روشن کی طرح عیاں ہے کہ ڈسکشن کی خاطر اگر وقتی طور پر جسٹس منیر کے اس ایک فیصلے سے صرف نظر کیا جائے تو وہ ایک بہت قابل جج تھے . قاضی دجال تو انکے جوتے کی خاک کو نہیں پہنچتا . خودنمائی اور نرگسیت کا مارا ہوا یہ دجال نہایت جھوٹا اور کینہ پرور ہی نہیں بلکہ واجبی لیاقت رکھنے والا نالائق جج ہے جو اپنی مکاریوں اور چرب زبانی کی وجہ سے پاکستان کی سب سے بڑی کرسی پر قابض ہو گیا ہے
ایمان داری، علمی اور قانون کی حکمت کی سمجھ بوجھ کے معاملات میں جسٹس کارنیلیس اور جسٹس منیر سے تو اسکا کوئی موازنہ بنتا ہی نہیں . یہ تو کسی لوئر کورٹ کے چھوٹے موٹے نالائق سٹریٹ سمارٹ جج سے موازنے کے قابل ہے ​
