Irrespective of any political differences. Karachi needs a City Government like New York, London, Istanbul, Beijing, Bombay, and many metro cities around the world. 1850s British parliamentary government system does not exist in even in UK. Britain adopted American County System and City Government like London. That's the only solution. Rest is destruction. Pakistan Army & Rangers are great force to curb terrorism, RAW, and Criminals. But public service matters like roads, sewerage, water, food, security, education, and many human needs matters has to be handled by City Government. America progressed with 19,700, Turkey with 2900, and China developed fast with 47,000 city governments. Pakistan has to correct it democracy's manufacturing defect otherwise few will loot and rest will suffer forever.
