لاہور: وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب عثمان بزدار کے حکم پر عارضی مسافر خانے آباد ہوگئے۔

ایکسپریس نیوز کے مطابق مسافروں کی بریانی اور چکن کڑاہی سے تواضع کی گئی، صبح کا ناشتہ لاہوری نان چنے اور چائے سے کیا گیا، ضلعی انتظامیہ اور سوشل ویلفیئرز ڈیپارٹمنٹ نے انتظامات کیے جب کہ مسافر بغیر کچھ خرچ کیے صاف بستر اور کھانا ملنے پر خوش ہیں۔

عارضی مسافر خانوں میں 200 سے زائد افراد کی گنجائش ہے، مجموعی طور پر 5 مسافر خانوں میں 138 افراد نے قیام کیا، داتا دربار کے پاس قائم عارضی مسافر خانے میں 40، ریلوے اسٹیشن میں 44، بادامی باغ میں 20، ٹھوکرنیاز بیگ 20 اور لاری اڈہ پر 14 مسافروں نے رات بسر کی۔

اور کوشش کرنی چاھئے کہ مستقل مسکن نا بنے۔ ورنہ لوگ یہیں پڑے رہینگے

اصل میں آپ صرف کھانا دے دیں یا صرف رہائش۔ اگر آپ دونوں دے دینگے تو لوگ یہاں سے ہٹینگے ہی نہیں۔

اور پھر حقدار اور عادی فقیروں میں فرق کرنا مشکل ہوگا

Shelter is fine....but again it will be a burden on exchequer if the govt keeps on providing the dining as well. Giving them a place to sleep is fibe but encourage them to f8nd ways to meet their ends.

Its like all these down and out people are being given something for nothing
BUT so what IMAGINE
circumstances where YOU might have to sleep
under the skies on a pavement or a bench
THEY too are Allah's creation.....
and have a RIGHT to food and shelter

Everyone who keeps saying people will jump on free food.. anyone who can somehow food himself wont take the food its not easy receiving charity only people who really need it may they be homeless or jobless will find shelter here .. yeah there might be a few who will want to cash in on this but just because of these few u want to stoo this for the people who are well deserving of this?
If you are still not convinced i urge all of u to spend a week homeless in winter without food and lets find out if you change your mind :)

Barish pehlay qateray sey (Naakey Qatari khat sey) shuru hoti hay. The people incharge of this program know well how to manage more population. Achee baat kee taereef karna bhee sawaab kaa kaam hey. Zabadasti ki tanqeed zarori nehein hey.
