What a shame just couple of days ago Punjab government was publishing half page warnings for the owners of luxury cars I think they got tough resistance from thir own people off course who are owner of these vehicles.

Its their monopoly... market main competition ho ga to prices neechay ayen gee ... i hope mehran kay level ki koi car pakistan main aye so that people dont buy dat shit any more? appp sab jo is kay khilaf i just hav one question? What u think of Mehran ? kia wooo 5 lac ki car ha? kis 20 years kay bad bhi unhain us ka model change nahi karna chiye?

Instead of banning the luxury cars, punjab govt waived the luxury tax-will get the registration fees.what an idea and who gave it ? Must be one of the feudal in the govt.Not a good decision.what about the foreign exchange pakistan will spend on their import?

bhai choti garion pe tax laga hai , luxury gadion pe nahi ...ps i dont understand ur logic of tax making things cheaper ...how does tax improve competition?? the tax will be carried forward to the consumer and im sure garion walay wil find some way to tax the buyer and not pay anything to the government which will only make them richer...another stupid and impractical sceme by the jahil punjab gov with fake degrees and chors...25 lakh ki gadi pe koi tax nahi aur 5 lack ki gadi pe tax...to panch lakh ki gadi aur mehengi ho jai gi...kis dunia mein rehte ho bhai

the reason could be very simple, probably these officials have theer own cars now in pipeline, when their cars will be registered they will again implement this luxury tax. its all shit of these damn politicians that they do, especially these sharif brothers. fOR ITTEFAQ STEEL; they had done this so many times that they lift duty on iron and when their consightment is in their mill, they again implemented it.

It is ok because people were going away Islamabad and other provinces, Punjab was losing money badly, no way they have to collect atleast that money what they had before.
