Honestly government of Punjab must create a web based app which should collect data of crimes in Punjab and issue notice on CM's behalf automatically to provide benefits of good governance timely. This manual method is putting lot of stress on CM and delaying notices when on medical tourism.

Who else would you give responsibility by the way ? Obviously Noon is not the CAUSE of this murder, but government stands responsible for law and order in the state. Same goes for Sindh, Balochistan & KPK.
If something odd happens in KPK should we ask KPK government or should we ask Tamil-Nadu government ?
