PTI team meets Google chief executive Eric Schmidt in Lahore

A Meeting was held between senior Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf members and Eric Schmidt, Executive Chairman of Google on his first visit to Pakistan.

The meeting was attended by Vice President PTI Shah Mehmood Qureishi, Secretary General Dr. Arif Alvi, Information secretary Shafqat Mehmood, and Senior members like Salman Danish and Dr. Awab Alvi.

The issues discussed were the prospects of using electronic and social media platforms in Pakistan.

The meeting also discussed technological help needed in conducting free and fair elections in Pakistan and shed light upon how to improve the use of digital technology to empower the people of Pakistan.

Well, this meeting would take a positive image of Pakistan to the west.

PTI team must get hatts off as Eric Schmidt decided to meet them during his first ever visit to Pakistan.

PTI has taken this initiative to have transparent, free and fair elections in Pakistan.
