Im pretty sure IK did not engineer this petition, as he is not in the Punjab assembly. Nonetheless, this was ill advised no doubt, and not needed.

And this is not bringing cricket back to Pakistan. The final seems to be reflective of QuaideAzam trophy final, where all players are locals, and no international broadcasters are there to cover it. Even most Pakistanis I know have shown hesitance in going to the stadium because of how tedious a process it will be, considering all the blockades, checks, guns etc....and not to mention, lack of international players.

I am disappointed with PTI . IK should stand fully behind cricket in Pakistan. We should not be afraid of terrorists . Its a risky step but bold step and i pray every thing goes smoothly .

Hence proved this MPA is "Shah sy zyada shah k wafadar".
They should have kept their opinions to themselves, this will hurt their stance in public.

To those with expectations that it will bring International cricket back to Pakistan then they are severely mistaken; if you remember Zimbabwe came here but since then no other team has agreed to visit Pakistan. You have to tackle Indian lobby at ICC and then those countries have their own governments and agencies that make their decisions.
All the sports should return to Pakistan but not like this, get stability in our home and only then they would come.
