PTI Should Have a Political Convention like U.S. Political Parties?

Just Saw Republican Party Convention and was Thinking that PTI Should Arrange a Convention like that too, I am Sure it Will Change the Dynamics of Pakistani Politics and will Charge the members/public to take part in Coming Elections.
