PTI problems in Chakwal

What's happening in Chakwal-I? The winning candidate was Sardar Ghulam Abbas and he was awarded with PTI Ticket. JKT was the one who brought him in PTI. Unfortunately, his nomination papers were rejected. As per his FB page they are cleared now and he is allowed to contest elections but in the mean time PTI took away his ticket and awarded it to Sardar Zulfikar Dulha. I don't know much about this guy, but it's almost impossible to win Chakwal seat without Sardar Ghulam Abbas. There are rumors that Sardar Abbas will contest independently (last time, as independent candidate he took more than 1 Lac Votes).

As per rumors JKT/PTI is still wanted him to be the candidate but probably his case is not fully cleared by EC yet.

Anyone has any clear updates? Is it still possible to cancel the ticket to Zulfiqar and award it to Sardar Abbas? I mean, is it allowed by EC?

PTI has already did a seat adjustment on Chakwal - II with Pervaiz Elahi (which I really don't understand that why on earth a guy from Gujrat wants to contest elections from talagang). Thing looks bleak for PTI in Chakwal district for now

Pervez Elahi’s in laws are from Chakwal. He has always contested on that seat and he does have a big support base there. Whether it’s enough to win an election remains to be seen.

If sardar ghulam abbas will contest election independently, most probably pti will drop its candidate from his constituency in favor of him and he will be part of pti after general elections.

I think that's out of question. On the ballot paper, you already have a candidate with PTI election symbol (Bat). That would be embarrassing for PTI and won't be a practical solution.

Well i will tell you guys what is happening! This guy Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khan Dulha was PMLN candidate on one provincial seat now he returned that ticket and PTI gave him ticket. Sardar Akbar who was PTI candidate for provincial assembly also returned his ticket in protest. PTI themselves took their ticket back from Sardar Ghulam Abbas he was cleared by EC to fight election i dont know what is wrong with their heads. Now forget about winning even one seat in Chakwal District they will even loose other seat PMLQ one.

I thing there is some one at top of PTI who want to reduce number of seats to 80 / 85 so that they can then to PPPP for coalition government to which Mr. Imran Khan will not agree hence a new prime ministerial candidate who SHAH MEHMOOD QURESHI!

What a blunder. There is very little support for Dulha. PTI had cold feet after Sardar disqualification and they did a decision in hurry. I saw a video message by Sardar Abbas and he was also pointing fingers at 2nf tier of leadership in PTI for doing this. But he was equally pissed at Imran Khan for not knowing the ground reality. PTI could have won whole Chakwal district but now good luck even winning one punjab assembly seat

I am really weeping. I fought my uncle who raised me brought me up for change. He use say putr pti koi siasi jamat ne.. Sarya ghosht daal braber honda ay.. Gave example tilting towards n league.

He made blunder asigning ticket to ch illyas as well..

In chakwal. In fact he disrespect sardar ghulam abbass.

You are right,, taking back tickets form Bosan, Ayesha Nazir Jutt, Not giving ticket to Sana Ullah Masti khel. Taking Back one ticket from Khusro Bakhtiar.,, They clearly want to decrease their 5-10 NA seats, cheers !!!
