PTI #ByElections equation.

2 Seats lost: NA-1, NA-71.

4 Seats retained: NA-5, NA-13, NA-48, KP-42.

4 Seats added: NA-27, KP-70, PP243, PP247.

NA-1 Lost due to our own Fault:

NA-71 Last minute candidate wasn't good enough still secured over 75 thousand votes.

So my Dear PTI supporter it was a good performance over all loosing 1 extra NA seat but winning 3 more Provincial seats.

I want PTI and its upporters to put everything behined now and work the arse of in KPK. Consider it their first and final chance and opportunity.

Ofcourse, there will be hurdles and difficulties. But try your maximam best. Dont do any unneccesary biyan bazi, any thing which is meaningless.

Just cncentrate on the job at hand and work your heart out

The most surprising rather shocking despite so much inflation, sky rocked bills of basic utilities people still voted for PMLN, what a pity. Kal ko yahi Ghareeb mahabgi ko ro rahay hota hain. No hope now from opium addict nation. Big dandy is needed for them

No matter how much u explain, the only thing patwaris remember because of their limited brain is that PTI lost in NA1 and NA71. Thats why they are patwaris and they support blood suckers.

Bro I know they have performed average, but they should have retained what they have won on May 11th. By losing NA1 to ANP is giving teeth to corrupt and so called liberalism leaders of ANP.

PTI should get rid off Ayela Malik and all Nawab of Kalabagh family. People of Mianwali don't like them as simple as that. If they would have a middle class candidate and old party worker then I am sure they would win it.

But lets hope for the best and we should concentrate on the future and IK must learn to give tickets to RIGHT Person like Asad Umar. If there would any candidate other than Asad Umar, PTI would have to lose it as well.

Problem is not with PTI, it is with mindset of people. This traitor party ANP has been ruling the province every now and then and almost everyone knows that what kind of links they have with india. But still people support them...

NA1 is majority hindko speaker, they never vote for Pathan coupled with wearing a tag of being an afghan. IK first decision of giving the ticket to Jahangir Tareen was correct but due to party pressure had to give it to the worker. JT could have attracted the business community of NA1 and also being a technocrat in economics would have got the votes for purely being a more charismatic candidate. IK should rely more on his instincts than listening to the general cadre in the party

[TD]Staff Report
LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) lost three seats from Dera Ghazi Khan, Rajanpur and Okara in by-elections, which it grabbed in May 11 general elections, SAMAA reported Friday.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Ahmed Ali Dreshak was declared as successful with 22040 votes from PP243, Dera Ghazi Khan, which was deserted by N-League stalwart Zulfiqar Khosa. However, his two sons—Hassam Khosa from PML-N and Saif Khosa from PPP contested the by-polls in the constituency, giving benefit to the PTI candidate.

Similarly, PP247, Rajanpur, vacated by Hamza Shahbaz, was taken by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Raza Khan Dreshak with 48,633 votes; while, PML-N’s candidate Abdul Qadir lagged far behind with 35,177 votes.

Pakistan People’s Party’s leader Khurram Jahangir emerged as victorious with 41426 votes from PP193, Okara, followed by PML-N’s Nurul Amir with 25,459 votes. –SAMAA

Actyally NA-71 loss hurt me more than NA-1.

It was quite obvious that PTI will lose NA-1 considering the grouping and bad ticket allocation there. But NA-71, come on man, it was IK's home

And IK also did the mistake to let go NA-71 and retaining Pindi seat. Now he will not be able to go back to Mianwali to reclaim because he left them after wrinning and he doesnt have the time to visit Pindi NA-56 because he himself is based in Lahore and has to move and swicth between places.

I think Ayla Malik's disqualification was a huge dent. She could have won this seat. Masti Khel himself is a NAB convict and is invloved in corruption.

Anyway, what can be done now? Time to move on and concentrate on KPK
