Cousin marriage is allowed , it’s not compulsory! The reason behind too many cousin marriages in Pakistan is not religious, in other Islamic. Countries this is not that much of an issue! In Pakistan usually women are dependent on men for financial support, they are more like a burden. so if there is an eligible bachelor in family, he is by default responsible to carry that burden!
