The alternatives that you have given to what you call "privatization" include selling shares in stock exchange or giving management control to a third party which are also forms of Privatization.

So while you are saying privatization is no solution but you are actually recommending privatization.

I said if govt is dying to Sale govt org, atleast do not sell them to their fellow industrialist... thats why i tried to give 2 alternative solutions..
