Pakistan needs a friendly fire in the top civil management

Pakistan spends only, just 50 Pakistani rupees per soldier and our LOVELY in Indian side cost 4280 Pakistani rupees per soldier. Which NOT FAIR

Last time Our Indian President Mr. Zardari said that Indian air force fighter plane by mistake comes over in to Pakistan air space.
Then our ,so call Pakistani president Mr. Zardari said BIG sorry that mistake does happened , we should avoid such incidents ,
