PPP is a kleptocratic corrupt political setup which is made by handful of influential feudal lords who believes already not devolving powers to the local level, haaris etc and it has done delimitation (which by the way is the responsibility of the ECP not the sindh govt) in such a way as to ensure PPP's maximum gain in Sindh and in such a way in order to ensure the poor haaris at the local level irrespective of their poltiical affiliation wont get a dime to invest any fund for their town development, whether it be local town counselor of PPP even, that local counselor from PPP knows its corrupt feudal lords will not even devolve the powers and the finance to the local level.

lets not celeblate your unopposed win from ghotki, rather work to develop that impoverished town
