Qadir Baloch will most probably be PTI’s candidate for PS-87, Malir, Karachi. This seat comes under NA-236 which PPP won on July 25. Election on PS-87 was postponed due to the death of a candidate before July 25. This constituency has Sindhi and Baloch population in majority.

But, Fawad Ch said that party will give tickets at its own. It means that one can get ticket without applying for it if one is a good candidate. Applying for a party ticket is not ECP requirement. You will see that Qadir Baloch will be PTI’s candidate from PS-87.
