Weak judiciary mean weak democratic setup. In the past we saw Judges who gave permission to military rulers to amend the constituation. Honestly Sharifs are heading on collision path and weak judiciary mean no one going to save them.

No, we dont have real court judges. Instead we have paid govt employees working in big courts for giving clean chit to ruling parties and punishing their enemies through their well paid legal skills and receiving much stipend in shape of farm houses, plots and so on.... baat tau sach hai magr baat hai ruswai ki...

With such decisions they have destroyed the people's confidence in the judicial system. Which was already doubtful but with this judges have stamped it

I have never witnessed Justice in Pakistan. People spend their whole lives and wealth just to get Justice and the only thing they get to see is next date. Sad on this nation they are keep protecting these killers, thugs and thieves and than they wonder how come we don't get Justice as it is going to come in a plate at their door step.
