Khyber Agency : Mir Raza Ozgan the additional political agent on behalf of Political Agent Khyber Agency Mr Khalid Mehmood inaugurated 1st PA Khyber skeet shooting competition in Jamrood Tehsel organised by Political Administration Khyber Agency which started today on the 24th November and will go on till the 28th November 2016. Round one comprised of the locals of Khyber Agency and was held at Jamrod stadium with 60 shooters.
Top 5 shooters from agency qualifies for next round. qualified shooters includes Jamshed Afridi, Liaqat Afridi, Shamshad ,Fahad Afirdi and Fahad Khan and they will proceed to the finals which will be held on Monday 28th Nov at Garrison Park Peshawar. Round 2 will be held on Friday at Garrison Park which will comprise of amateurs and top 4 will proceed to the finals. Professional shooters will compete on Sunday and their top 4 will compete on Monday at the final at Garrison Park shooting range. This the first time such an event has been organised in Khyber Agency and was a huge success among the locals with thousands of spectators. It's one of the many events organised by PA khyber to engage the people of Khyber in healthy and engaging sports activities.
