RTI only conducted survey in Lahore, I remember when they released their March survey it was like 34% to 46% competition between PTI and PML N and PTI was rising at that time. In the survey it showed PTI was popular among youth voters 18-25 and above 26 to 80 years aged voters PML N was famous. At that time PTI supporters here on siasat.pk was very hopeful PTI will cross PML N near elections as the margin was close between PML N and PTI.

Now its really worrying for PTI that its going downwards even in Lahore, where I believe PTI is the strongest in whole Punjab.

This is not a new poll. RTI conducted one poll in Lahore back in March 2012 and it was discussed on siasat.pk here in the following link.

As per the poll of Oct 2012 PML N has regained its position of 2008 elections which it lost due to uprise of PTI. I said it in March 2012 that massive development work underway in Lahore will definately give PML N a boast like it gave PML N a strong boast after development works of Shahbaz Sharif in Lahore back in 1997-1998. PML N may get further rise once they complete Bus Rapid Transit. but no doubt PTI will still give PML N strong fight on NA 128, NA 126, NA 125 and NA 123 with chances of winning on 128 and 125 if it fields good candidates and not anyone like Tareen or Qasuri.

Norron ne Survey kab se Mannnay shuru kar diyay ? Jab IRI ne PTI ko number 1 party kaha tha tab to 'Main nahin manta, main nahin manta' ki ratt lagai hui thi. Ye 2 mahinon main phir kyon man gaye? Munafiqat?

NS ko sulayay rakho is trha k surveys dekha k aur apni dhehArian lagatay raho. Election k baad sari family Jeddah shift ho jayay gi tu tm jaison ka Kia banay ga. Bili ko sheshay mien sher bna k dekhatay raho. Lagay raho.

is mein hairat ki tu koi baat naheen.PML-N ne siasi party k taur par apni bunyadi policy mein se shanakht ka khana khatam kar k sab ko dawat de di hai tu leaders aa rahay hain aur har koi "hazaron" saathiyun k saath aa raha hai, survey walay yeh kyun nazar andaaz karein. agar koi jama'at MQM k liay bhi naram gosha rakhay, qaum paraston ko bhi saath rakhay, Zardari k khilaf bayanat par apnay saathiyun ki sarzanish bhi karay tu NS ek leader se zyada hawa mein 3 balls uchhalnay wala entertainer lagta hai. PML-N bahut ehtiyaat se Zardari sahib ki "mafahimati policy" ko copy tu kar rahi hai magar is ka end result na Pakistan ko aur na PML-N ko mehfooz rakh skta hai. in dinu koi akhbar wala NS se sawal poochh lay keh PML-N ka nazriya kya hai ? tu woh pehlay ki tarah watan parasti, jamhouriyyat, islam aur insaaf ka naam nai le saktay kyun keh PML-N k puranay shareefana aur mukhlisana tasawwar walay mehdood dabbay mein mutazaad nazriyaat walon ka woh hujoom hai keh party ka thobda hi bigad gaya hai.

Slide number 5 is very interesting, it tells support for political party PROFESSION WISE. Among women/house wives PTI and PML are neck and neck with tough competition. Among students PTI leads PML N. PML N is popular among businessmen and jobbed workers with big margin and popular among labourers and farmers with good margin.

The survey sample includes 78% Male but in Lahore normally the ratio of women voters to male voters in elections in 60% male and 40% female so the sample is slightly incorrect. If the sample of female voters is increased the resultant popularity of PTI will increase from 28% but still the overall difference between PML N and PTI will be high.

Now lot depends on how many STUDENTS come out to vote in next elections because PTI solely depends on students its only strength in Lahore but it will also narrow the gap of 28% & 57% between PTI and PML N but cant help PTI surpass PML N.

Interesting to see that when RTI released its survey in April 2012, lot many PTI supporters were appreciating it and called it genuine with hopes that PTI will further narrow the gap of 34% PTI & 46% PML N but now PTI supporters here in siasat.pk are not happy with the RTI survey.

Wesay Noon League walay ab dil o Jaan say surveys ko manunay lag gaye hain. Chalo aik do survey aur jayen in kay haq mai takay aglay survey jab kisi aur party kay haq mai aye to phir yeh kuch na bol payen.
