First Condition: Remove Army from any involvement, including security.
Probably this will hinder their dhandli.

Second Condition: Disqualified candidates should be allowed to contest. People should decide if they are disqualified, not the judicial system of Pakistan.
Well ofcourse this makes sense, their party consists of murderers, thugs and cheaters, they will have less chance to get qualified if their cases are put forward, but as the public doesn't know about them, thats why make public the judge.

Third Condition: Change the caretake CM of Punjab, who was appointed by mutual consent and with the help of Election Commission.
This is also smart. The caretake CM is making changes at the to bureaucracy, which will make difficult for SS to get results in his party's favor. So ofcourse his removal will make it easier for them to cheat.

Iqtidar ke jitne yeh bhookay hai even if there is 0.01% chance of winning they will never boycott the election. Remember last time what happened baki sari parties ke saat mil ke boycott ka announcement kerdiya and at the very last second did a major U turn and contested the elections.
