Minister (2k+ posts)
It seems he was unhappy about Mamnoon Hussain becoming President of Pakistan. It will further weaken PMLN position in Sindh.
Former Sindh chief minister Ghous Ali Shah, a key leader of the Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz in the province, resigned from his post as the Sindh PML-N president on Friday, Express News reported.
Shah was angry with the party leadership for not giving him an important position in the federal government after the general elections.
Earlier in August, he lashed out at the PML-N leadership for what he termed as an attempt to sideline him from the party’s politics.
The former chief minister was made a senior vice president at the national level of the PML-N but viewed that position as ceremonial.
