After losing its popularity all over Pakistan and slipping in its own fort of Punjab, PML N has finally resorted to thw worst kind of politics which is Provincial card.
The hoopla about additional load shedding in Punjabd and that the federal govt. is trying to punish the largest province is just to cover up the fact that they PML N has had constitutional power to produce thier own power since 2009 (NFC award). But the Govt. of Punjab has not added a single MEGA WATT to thier grid, although stupid and popular moves like laptop schemes and Sasta Tandoor have wasted billion of taxpayers money.
They Myth that the rest of the Pakistan is living in 24hr aircondition is complete nonsense, as here in Karachi load shedding at an average is 10-12 hours a day and in some places it exceeds 16 hours. Interior Sindh is even worse. But PML N is potraying as if only Punjab is suffering, just to cover up wither incompetence.
Lastly, PML N said that Punjab pays 90% of its bills, hence it should be load shedding free. But going by this logic, Karachi produces 70% of the tax revenue and hence 70% of the budget should be allocated to Karachi alone.
This is complete nonsense and just to protect thier vote bank which is being destroted by PTI, PML N have finally succumbed to MQM-like politics. I can already see thier next and last move before the election, which will be sitting in the lap of the military establishment to buyout media and rig elections. But in my humble opinion, Inshallah they will not escape from th wrath of the people which is behinfd PTI all over the country.
