Idiot , why don't you check the tweet's date before babbling? The Tweet is from 7th September and the PM's SAAB jet can not land on Chitral's airstrip.The Twitter account is a reliable account and has a Youtube channel as well.

at the moment federal government has a fleet of around 12 aircraft. and its not specific to PM only. President and some other dignitaries also use aircraft from the same fleet as appropriate. when bigger aircraft or some other type is required due to certain situations, federal government charters aircraft from PIA and pays them.
However, when PIA aircraft is operating any VIP flight, it goes through special airworthiness checklist before dispatch, which is based on higher standards than normal commercial flight.
If BHO was experiencing any major issues in past, then PIA could have scheduled any other ATR for the PM trip.
